Chapter Two

Well its been a few months since I last wrote and I can say that things have moved on a bit.

I've started college again! Third time lucky I hope.... I am doing a BTEC Award with an NVQ in Business Administration. We have a very mixed bunch in the business course. We have old and new, young and old, gay and straight, male and female, English, Russian and Columbian etc etc.

So I turned up on the first day, 15 minutes early, stood outside the classroom door. When up turns 4 17 year olds! What have I got myself into I wonder? Then some "older" people start drifting in and I feel relief, I'm not the only old bugger in the class! I've made quite a few friends :)

It has been a month now since I started college and its going OK, bit slow going. by that I mean I haven't got any assignments yet, which I would like to have so I can get my teeth into something!

So what else has happened..... I am now living part time at the in-laws and part-time at my parents, which is fun lol I wake up every morning trying to remember which house I'm in!!

I've finally been to the doctors to see if I could get some help by the form of counselling, which I am happy to say I have been referred to see one. I hope it starts soon so I can get myself sorted out and happy again :D

Anyway, enough for now. I am going to go and type up all my hand written notes for college so I can do something. I must be mad!

Get this thing started!

I am a blogging virgin so this is all sooo new to me, as for what's going on in my life.....

Well I've moved back in with the folks, I'm very grateful they let me and my babies stay but I'm slowly going bald from pulling out hair!
I can't find a job, the old "catch 22" situation is coming out again. I want a job but quite a lot of them out there want you to have a full licence, which I don't yet have as I can't afford to because I don't have a job!!

Ok I think thats my little rant over....

So my life... Well tonight I have bathed one of my cats (my baby, Ollie) so now she is running round the house looking like a drowned rat shaking her legs as she goes and growling at me for bathing her.
I've decided to get myself out of the house a bit more so I'm out 3 nights this week so far :)
I'm going to see a friend tomorrow night that's in some need of cheering up, Wednesday night is girls night at a very dear friend of mine - dvd and takeaway and Friday night we're all going out for a meal as its my 25th birthday, god I'm getting old!
I've decided on a Thai restaurant for the occassion, been before but fancied it again, well really I fancied Greek but I'd have been going pretty much alone as no-one else fancied it.

I went to a concert last night at Middlesbrough Town Hall, never been there before, its a nice building and the gig was FAB. Newton Faulkner was playing so I listened to 2 hours of great music and singing and laughing the whole time as the guy is Funny!! Witty jokes all in with the price, I'd say well worth the money.

Friday night I was treated to a night with Jeff Wayne at War of the Worlds at Newcastle Arena. It was also very good but for me just a little bit weird as I've never seen anything like it before. I was sat there listening to the annoying song that I can't get out of my head now, thinking is this a musical, a concert or show? Does it tick all of those boxes?? You decide, answers on a post card please.

Anyway for my first post I think I've twittered on a bit now. Is that word now copyrighted, can I use it and not be sued?! I might just have to Google that one
